Our Price Guarantee means you can shop with confidence knowing you’re getting a competitive price. If you find the same product advertised elsewhere at a lower price, please let us know, and we’ll review the difference against our price guarantee terms and conditions. This gives you added peace of mind that you’re getting great value when you shop with us.
Things to note
For a price guarantee to be valid, the two products must be like for like; this means that:
- The wheelie bins must be certified to EN840 (this is the minimum standard required by councils and other waste collectors). Some wheelie bins available on the market 'conform' to this standard but have never actually been tested or 'certified'. This matters more than you think, as we have tested. - We are so confident in our wheelie bins, they come with an enhanced 5-year guarantee; many others are only guaranteed for 12 months. A price comparison request must have a 5+ year guarantee.
Shipping
We offer a low price on all our wheelie bins as standard; however, shipping wheelie bins is expensive with them taking up alot of space on delivery vans. We will always try to offer the best shipping rates possible, but sometimes this isn't possible. In these cases, we offer free collection. Alternatively, you can look to arrange your own shipping.
How to submit a price guarantee request
We have tried to make it as easy as possible to make sure we are the lowest price; therefore, to submit a price guarantee request, all you need to do is follow the steps below:
Step 1 - Check that the wheelie bin you are looking at is actually a like-for-like comparison and fulfils the above points.
Step 2 - Email [email protected] with exactly what you are looking to order, including:
- Product (including colour, locks and apertures)
- Delivery address and billing information
Step 3 - In the email, include the link to the product you have seen (without the link, we are unable to check that the product is a like-for-like comparison. If you have received a quote via email, this will need to be included, and the sender must be visible so we can verify it is a like-for-like comparison. Verbal quotes are not accepted.
Step 4 - That's it! Our team will review this information and get back to you ASAP.
