Our FAQ section is here to help with some of the most popular questions we get asked.

How quickly will i receive my bins after ordering?
Typically if an order is placed before noon the bin will be with you the very next day. However if you do need the wheelie bins for a specific day please call us so we can make sure.

What size bin do i need to replace my council bin?
The easiest way to tell is if you measure your existing bin and look at the sizes tab on our wheelie bins. Regardless of brand the wheelie bins should be almost identical in size.

What happens if a bin arrives damaged?
Occasionally bins can get damaged in transit, if you notice something is broken please reject it or mark it as unchecked if you have not had time to look. We know couriers often do not give you time to check your goods over and that is because it is in their best interests for you not to check. That way they do not have to pay out to companies like ours for any damages. As a rule of thumb always put "not checked" when your signing for something.

I have found a cheaper price will you beat it?
Providing the bin is the same size, and manufactured to the same standard then yes we will beat the price. One thing to take into consideration is the fact we offer a premium delivery service as standard. Quite often this is a chargeable extra with other companies. Our courier will 95% of the time deliver goods the very next working day providing orders are placed before noon.

Can i return my bin?
Of course you can, we offer a 14 days no quibble returns policy, as long as the bin is returned to us in an unused resalable condition. Obviously wheelie bins are not cheap to send out or for customers to return to us so we would strongly advise you to double check you have the right bin and size for use. Why not take a look at our banner on the homepage which tells you roughly how many average sized bags each sized wheelie bin can hold - www.wheeliebins.co.uk

What happens if i am not in when my bin is delivered?
If you know you will not be in we can either instruct the courier to leave the bin somewhere safe or to leave with a neighbour. If you have any problems please just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.
