How quickly will I receive my bins after ordering?
All orders which are able to go with the courier have a lead time of 3-4 working days, any orders that require delivery on a pallet will typically be delivered within 3 working days.
What size bin do I need to replace my council bin?
We urge all of our customers to check with your local council before purchasing a wheelie bin from us, this is down to all councils having different specifications and compatibility and the collection vehicles
What happens if a bin arrives damaged?
Occasionally bins can get damaged in transit, if you notice something is broken please reject it or mark it as unchecked if you have not had time to look. We know couriers often do not give you time to check your goods over and that is because it is in their best interests for you not to check. That way they do not have to pay out to companies like ours for any damages. As a rule of thumb always put "not checked" when your signing for something.
My wheelie bin lid has arrived slightly bowed and doesn't shut properly.
Again the way the bin is delivered to you, this sometimes happens. We recommend placing a heavy weight on the lid for 48 hours which should fix the issue. If you have tried this and it hasn't work get in touch with one of our team.
What does the £6.95 carriage cost cover?
Each wheelie bin order we receive carries a £6.95 delivery charge, this is set to any mainland UK address and does not include the Scottish Highlands/Islands, Channel Islands or Ireland, these locations will incur an additional cost, please contact us prior to ordering
I have found a cheaper price will you beat it?
Providing the bin is the same size, and manufactured to the same standard then yes we will beat the price. We would point out that our wheelie bins are manufactured in Germany, whereas some of our competitors are often selling cheap imports from China and Poland which contain less plastic, making them less robust and more brittle for daily use.
Can I return my bin?
Of course you can, we offer a 14 days no quibble returns policy, as long as the bin is returned to us in an unused resalable condition. Obviously, wheelie bins are not cheap to send out or for customers to return to us so we would strongly advise you to double-check you have the right bin and size for use. What happens if I am not in when my bin is delivered?
If you know you will not be in we can either instruct the courier to leave the bin somewhere safe or to leave with a neighbour. If you have any problems please just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.
