Stoke-on-Trent Council Seize 200 Bins Left Out in The Street

Over 200 wheelie bins have been confiscated in Stoke after they were left out in the street too long.  The council targeted 38 streets as part of their crackdown and the residents who lost their wheelie bins have to now call the council to retrieve them back.
