Thirty Wheelie Bins are Stolen, Lost or Damaged in Wigan Every Day

In Wigan on a daily basis thirty wheelie bins are lost, damage or stolen, which the council are having to fit the bill for.  For this reason residents will now be charged £35 to receive a new bin which they say would cover the admin fee and delivery costs of the bin.

Business Owners in Perth Demand Action as Gull Problem Persists
